Before Your Visit

Booking Time

Please arrive on time to avoid rescheduling the booking or delaying your pick-up time. We pay great attention and detail for each dog, so they will need to be held for a minimum of two to three hours for the proper grooming process. 

If you are late by more than 20 minutes without notice, we will give priority to the following customer. If you wish to cancel your appointment, please give us a call 24 hours before the booking.

Cleanliness

Please allow your dog to relieve himself before the appointment. We believe the cleanliness and safety of our salon is a very important factor of our services. If your dog goes to the toilet too frequently during their session, your pet may walk into their own urine and for hygiene purposes they will have to be rewashed. We try our best to not discomfort or stress your pet, but this may be uncomfortable for them if this is the case.

Pick Up Time

Our store has individual play pens in our holding area for every fur friend. Your dog can easily move around and be comfortable while waiting to be picked up.  We also hold pets separately to avoid trouble between the dogs and fleas from other pets.

We have limited space so please pick up at the allotted time or as soon as you deem possible. If you have a specific time you would like to pick up, please let us know at the time of booking. There might be an extra charge for late pick up without notice.
